Our simple, no-pressure process from estimate to installation in Greater Lansing.
When you call or email, our friendly office staff books a time with an estimator. Appointments are typically weekdays 9:00am–5:00pm, with after-5 and Saturday slots on request. We meet with the homeowner to answer questions and quote a solution that truly fixes the issue.
We call this our “Aunt Wanda Sales Approach” — no fake discounts, no same-day pressure. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
When you’re ready, contact the office to finalize paperwork. With your signed proposal and deposit, you’ll be added to our master schedule.
During normal seasons, installs are usually 1–3 weeks out. Smaller jobs fit faster; larger or complex projects take longer. Fall is our busiest period, so timelines may extend. Your salesperson provides a timeframe when you accept the proposal.
While you wait, we’re completing prior jobs and onboarding new ones, so you might not hear from us. Curious about status? Call or email anytime.
We’ll call the day before your install. Each crew aims for up to three jobs per day; if earlier jobs run long, we’ll notify you and reschedule into the next available route in your area.
Crews follow the plan discussed with your salesperson — you don’t need to be home. If you are, they’ll knock to review before starting and again when finished.
No payment is expected at completion. We will mail or email your invoice.

If there’s an issue, call us. Steve, the owner, will personally assess and correct it. If the cause isn’t the gutters, we’ll point you to a company that can solve it. Our goal: 100% happy customers.
