Recent Gutter Projects Around Greater Lansing
Holt, MI
Gutter Replacement After Storm Damage
Janice from Holt called Sunrise Seamless after a tree branch came down during a storm and crushed the gutter over her back porch.
The damage was limited to one section, but the overflow was causing water to pool near her steps. Our crew replaced the damaged
gutter and a single downspout, matched the existing color, and had her home protected again within the week.
Okemos, MI
Gutter Installation for Home Remodel
Brent in Okemos was remodeling his home with new blue siding and white trim. A previous customer sent him our way, expecting
that we would repaint his existing gutters to match. Instead, we recommended new seamless gutters in a color that tied the whole
project together. We installed 5" gutters and upgraded him with 3x4" downspouts for better drainage on the back of the home.

Grand Ledge, MI
Leaf Terminator Installation and Gutter Upgrade
Fred and his wife in Grand Ledge own a beautifully remodeled farmhouse. Health concerns made climbing ladders a bad idea,
so they decided it was time for a long-term solution. We installed our Leaf Terminator system and, during inspection, found
that one roof area needed a larger 6" commercial gutter to handle heavy runoff. After the upgrade, the system quietly
handles rainfall and they no longer worry about clogged gutters.
Laingsburg, MI
Gutter Systems for a Christmas Tree Farm
At a family-owned Christmas tree farm near Laingsburg, we installed gutters on several outbuildings to keep guests dry and
walkways safer during rainy days. As the farm has expanded, we’ve added more gutter runs over new customer areas, concession
stands, and sheds to help control roof runoff and mud.
Bath, MI
Complete Gutter Replacement with Exterior Remodeling
Brandon in Bath was replacing fascia and updating the exterior of his home. He knew his old gutters were failing and didn’t want
to reinstall a system that would cause problems later. We quoted the project, coordinated with his contractor, and installed
new seamless gutters as soon as the fascia work was done. He was happy enough with the results that he referred his father-in-law
for a follow-up project in Bath.
Williamston, MI
6" Commercial Gutter Upgrade and Leaf Terminator
Karen, located between Williamston and Haslett, had her home built over 30 years ago. The original gutters were too small for
the roof area and were overflowing in heavy rain. We upgraded the front of the home with 6" commercial gutters and added
Leaf Terminator on the porch area. Now the system runs smoothly without spilling over the edges.
DeWitt, MI
Emergency Gutter Repair and Leaf Relief Installation
Andrew from DeWitt needed a quick solution after his painter discovered that the fascia behind his gutters was too thin to hold
screws properly. We provided a same-day estimate, returned after the fascia work was complete, and installed new gutters with
added reinforcement and Leaf Relief for long-term durability.
East Lansing, MI
6" Commercial Gutter Upgrade
Matt in East Lansing had added a garage with 6" gutters that worked better than the original system on his home. After
watching how well the garage handled heavy rain, he asked us to upgrade the rest of the house. Within about 10 days, the home
was outfitted with matching 6" gutters and improved downspout placement.

Mason, MI
Gutter Replacement with Leaf Protection and Rain Barrel Diverter
Scott from Mason needed gutters on his garage, which sits under heavy tree cover. We installed gutters with Leaf Relief gutter
protection and added a rain barrel diverter, giving him the option to collect water or send it away from the building. A few
weeks later, after seeing how well everything worked, he had us back to replace the rest of the gutters on his home.
